The Center for Development of the Pelagonija Planning Region (CRPPR) was established by the local self-government units that are part of the Pelagonija Planning Region – Bitola, Prilep, Krushevo, Resen, Demir Hisar, Mogila, Novaci, Krivogashtani, Dolneni, and has the status of a legal face.

CRPPR prepares the proposed program for development of the Pelagonija planning region and the proposed action plan for implementation of the Program for development of the Pelagonija planning region.

CRPPR prepares project proposals for development of the Pelagonija planning region and for areas with specific development needs, coordinates the activities related to the implementation of the Development Program of the Pelagonija planning region, implements development projects and promotes the development opportunities of the Pelagonija planning region.

CRPPR provides information to stakeholders on the implementation of the Program for development of the Pelagonija planning region and other issues related to regional development, provides expert and technical assistance to local self-government units in preparing their development programs and provides expert services to citizens’ associations and other stakeholders in preparing projects in the field of regional development.

CRPPR also encourages inter-municipal cooperation within the Pelagonija planning development and implements projects to encourage the development of the planning region, funded by European Union funds and other international sources.

CRPPR performs professional and administrative-technical work for the needs of the Council for Development of the Pelagonija planning region.

Mission and Vision

CRPPR vision for 2015-2019 – The Pelagonija region is an educational, cultural, tourist, sports and economically competitive region, with developed infrastructure, youth perspective and social security of the population.

The mission of CRPPR for 2015-2019 is – Ensuring balanced development of the Pelagonija region, with optimal use of resources, local and regional cooperation, international affirmation and continuous monitoring of innovative technologies and knowledge.
