As part of the activities of the project “Joint cross-border cooperation for protection of the population from natural disasters and catastrophes caused by human factor – J-CROSS” on April 4, 2019, the second meeting of the project partners was realized.
The meeting was held at the Millennium Palace Hotel in Bitola and was attended by the partners: Center for Development of the Pelagonija Planning Region (CRPPR), Crisis Management Center (CMC), Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Region of Western Macedonia – Kozani and National Observatory of Athens. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Cross-Border Cooperation Program – IPA CBC.
The purpose of the meeting was for the J-CROSS Project partners to exchange experiences on the course of implementation of the project activities, as well as to inform about the possible challenges and problems during the implementation.
After the working part of the meeting, the attendees had the opportunity to visit the Strezevo Dam and get acquainted with the characteristics of the dam and associated facilities.
